A Spoon Full Of Sugar

On the A Spoon Full Of Sugar challenge blog this week the theme is...

Halloween

We would love you to create a card using the theme of Halloween.

Here is my card

I used a cream blank card and covered it , leaving a 2cm gap around each edge, with some gorgeous DCWV once upon a time paper. The paper is so lovely and thick that I didn't need to use any other layers on it. The image is by Whippersnapper and was sent to me by someone quite a while back now, apologies I can't remember who, but thank you! She has been coloured in with promarkers and some sakura pens. Underneath the image I added some sparkly mesh ribbon to highlight her. Then the sentiment was made with a tape writer and I have gone around the words with a gold pen. The photo is not a very good one but the words say " Hang on for a spooky ride!". Poor cat looks like it is hanging on for dear life! To finish it off I added the SU brads.

Why not have a go yourself this week, the DT's work is stunning as usual, with lots of inspiration. You can find the blog here

There is also a great prize this week for one lucky winner. It's a High Hopes stamp called "First Ride". You can see a pic of it on the blog.
